UPUTE O ČLANSTVU

1. Da bi ste postali članom molimo Vas da pošaljete note s naslovom ''Join'' kako bi Vas Club dodao u popis membera i stavio na watch listu.

2. Molimo Vas da u note-u također navedete vaš nick s Boarda

3. Dobit ćete povratan note kojim Vam Club želi toplu dobrodošlicu, te će Vas Club staviti pod watch listu!

4. Dodajte nas na friends listu.

5. Stavite našu ikonicu ili link na vaš journal (tako da i drugi memberi saznaju za naš Club). Ovo su kodovi za to, samo spojite dvotočke s ostatkom teksta

UPUTE O PREDAVANJU RADOVA

1. Morate biti član Cluba kako bi predavali radove!

2. Ako želite da Club objavi Vaš rad molimo Vas pošaljite note s naslovom ''Submission'' i najviše DVA linka (izravan link na određeni rad u vašoj galeriji), i najviše 3 takva note-a tjedno!

3. Vaši radovi mogu pripadati ovim kategorijama: traditional art, digital art, photography i literature (radovi ne moraju biti Tolkien-related; Club se odnosi na membere).

4. Ne primamo scrapse (općenito, bez obzira jeli ili nije u scraps kategoriji ovdje na devART-u!) niti desktop screenshotove!

Molimo vas da radove koje objavimo u galeriji ne ate! Uz svaki rad stajat će i link na galeriju membera, tamo ostavljate svoje komentare i ove! To je njegovo/njezino djelo, poštujte umjetnika!

The Club is founded for all members of HR Tolkien Board who have a deviantART account. Please relax, enjoy and share your work with us; and the most important thing of all: have fun.

MEMBERSHIP INFO

1. To become a member please send us a note with the subject title “Join” so the Club could add you to the list of members and on our watch list.

2. Please state your Board nick name in the note.

3. You will receive a welcome note from the Club, and we will put you on our watch list.

4. Add us to your friends list.

5. Put our icon or link to your journal (so that other members know about our club). These are the codes for doing so; just merge the colons with the rest of the text.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCIONS

1. You have to be a Club member to submit your work.

2. If you want your work published by the Club please send us a note with the subject title “Submission” with 2 such links max (direct link to the work you want published in your gallery); with max 3 such notes a week.

3. Your works can be from these categories: traditional art, digital art, photography and literature (works don’t have to be Tolkien related; the Club refers to members).

4. We do not receive scraps (in general, no matter is the selected work in scrap category here in deviantART or not), nor desktop screenshots.

First of all I would like to apologise for the long period of inactivity. I managed to misplace the password for this account but thank Eru I found it and the account is active once again. As you notice we have a new moderator Beregond Ancalimon also known as Gondorac around these parts so please be nice and patient with him as you are with the two of us. Secondly I promise that I will be more active with the club and be up to speed with everything. I received all of your notes and I will put all of your submissions by the end of the week.
